Add watermelon, ice, mint simple syrup, mint sprigs, honey(or agave nectar), and apple cider vinegar into blender. Blend until smooth. Fill glass with ice and pour until ½ or ¾ of the way full. Mint simple syrup recipe:
1:1 Water and agave heated on the stove until steaming with mint leaves then steeped in it to release the oils. Can be stored in a jar in the fridge for up to one week.
